I was watching Pride, Power, Pinstripes tonight & I caught the Three Amigos interview. That is a good nickname by the way. When Kim mentioned your blog I wanted to check it out & I think it’s great. I think it’s a great way to stay connected with the fans, and it’s easy to see that the entries are done by you cause it’s not like a summation of weeks or months of events which I like. I know the season will keep you busy, but please keep us as updated as you can. You should definitely include some of the hot places you get to visit while on the road. Have a great season Phil..I know you and the rest of the team will do really well

I just saw that interview tonight! It was cool. You guys look like really normal everyday guys. Which is very refreshing. You all also looked like good friends which is really cool.

I’m from Boston but coming to Yankees Stadium to see the Opening Weekend Series! How about some ideas on places to eat or go for us out of town Yankee Fans. Fun Sports Bars to watch games, etc. From either you or from your fans on the website?

Love tommytsp’s comment. Would also love some sort of “reverse reporting.” So, the media report on you and fans like me read a lot of it. What if you report on the fans at the games- interesting stuff you observe at home and on the road. Interesting folks you meet when you’re signing baseballs at road games, your reaction to when the fans at The Stadium do the wave (booooooooo) while you’re pitching, or yell at the squirrell in RF while you guys are hitting. Would be great to get to read the ballpark from your eyes in the dugout or on the mound.

Oh yeah, and what about random pics of the post-game spread, and descriptions of who eats what (and how much!) as long as you don’t step on any toes.

The entries about music: your tastes and your teammates’, are great.

I think a semi-recurring segment called “Overheard in the Clubhouse” would be cool. You don’t even have to reveal who the speaker was, just share some of the funnier, weirder, or more poignant things you’ve heard in there.

Or the craziest things you see on road trips? Whether it’s a sign, a fan, or a fan holding a sign…

Or, maybe you can do interviews with the press and flip the coin on them…. ask them questions and post them here.
