The Office returns on April 10th, with 6 new episodes slated to air from then until May. I’M SO EXCITED!!! It’s gonna be great seeing everybody back in action after what’s seemed like forever. John Krasinski, by the way, is as funny in real life (and I mean in person, not on a talk show or something) as he is on the show. And Angela Kinsey’s pregnant! Wonder how they’re gonna weave that in…

Also, tip on keeping autograph seekers from turning your signature into an attempt to make $$$ – when you sign something address the person.

Randy Myers did that for the Mets (I used to send mail to everyone when I was a kid, collecting baseball cards… I still have all the cards I got signed). At first I didn’t like it, but now looking back – it’s kind of cool that he put my name on the card.

I like Dale Jarrett. I like the old school drivers like Dale Jarrett, Jeff Burton and Mark Martin. Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson? Not so much. I do like Dale Jarret though. His UPS commercials were hilarious.

As for the Office, I used to be a Jim and Pam fan, but I really don’t like the obvious girl and guy getting together (even though I loved Tim and Dawn in the original, English version of the Office). I prefer Michael and Jan (though not now, not since she had surgery to keep him)…….I adore the actress who plays Jan, Melora Hardin.

Is 30 Rock back on April 10th too? I love the throwaway lines in that show. It is definitely my second favorte show. Was a big fan of Arrested Development as well. Another funny show is It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Get it on DVD. In the second season they bring in Danny DeVito and it’s over the top funny but the first season is funny too.

I’m also with bethnyyfan. Andy is a Class Act! Watching todays press conference gave me even more respect and admiration for Pettitte. A great all around man.
It’s good to see Andy with “family” again. It was great to see the show of support by Derek, Jorge and Mariano. I think Andy did a fine job …as he said …stupidity can get anyone at anytime. Unfortunately he let it get the best of him twice but I do believe him when he says it was only in 2002 and 2004. I just hope all the young players take heed of what Andy said today and don’t do anything they will regret in their future.

Shawn Merriman and Rodney Harrison both were suspended for steriod use and you don’t see anything written about them. They were trying to gain a competative edge, and then you look at Andy, who felt a responsibility to the Yankees and the money they were paying him, and made a stupid decision in order to get back and be healthy! This guy pushes his body past his limits and he’s the bad guy…I don’t buy it!

I heard February 29th but if you want tickets to the Home Opener, Last Regular Game at the Stadium, Old Timer’s Day, Mets or Red Sox you have to do a registration on the Yankee website. You must register by February 24th for an opportunity to be picked to get tickets for these premium games.
Fortunately for me I have the Sunday Plan which included Opening Day, the Last Game At the Stadium and Old Timer’s Day. I also have the 8 game plan for weeknight games …including a Boston game. I still want to try for the Mets and more Boston games.
Good luck …it’s going to be very tough to get tickets because EVERYBODY wants them for the final year at THE YANKEE STADIUM !!!

I go to any game I can because you have to beat them all to win..of course the element of excitement is a little higher at those Boston or Met games .. :o). I just love being at the Stadium…my home away from home. I’ll be following the guys for some games this year too …I’m going to Tampa, Pittsburgh & Anaheim to see them. I’ll also get a peek at Mr. Torre because I’m going to see a SF/Dodgers game while on the coast.

You should have been in scranton this past October for the Office Convention. It was insane. More people gathered for The Office cast appearance than the Scranton Wilkes Barre Yankees!
